Paris: Christmas Market on Avenue des Champs-Elysées

I’ve just came back from Paris not too long ago and the one thing I’ll never forget – other than the food and shopping – is the unique Christmas vibe that never fails to leave any resident or tourist alike in wonder and awe.

Synonymous with Singapore’s Orchard Road, Paris’ Champs-Elysées is extravagantly decorated and brightly lit. What’s more, it houses the largest Christmas market within Paris’ city limits, stretching from the Champs-Elysées roundabout, all the way to Place de la Concorde. There are shops selling christmas festive snacks, souvenirs, winter clothings, and there’s even an icing ring and rides for kids! Even if you are not a serious Christmas shopper, it is definitely worth a stroll down the famous boulevard.
Rides for the kids!
